Alfa Romeo Spider Duetto
The Alfa Romeo spider Duetto, a design by Pininfarina, was first presented at the Turin Motor Show in 1966. Due to the beautiful design of the body and the sporty performance, the car became popular worldwide. Aided in this by Dustin Hoffman’s appearance behind the wheel of a Duetto in the movie “The Graduate”.
This Italian delivered spider was already imported into the Netherlands in 1981. When the car was still in Italy, it was equipped with the stronger 1750 cc engine, which definitely improved the performance! The last 25 years this Alfa was in the possession of a Dutch Alfa enthusiast. the car benefits from an extensive cosmetic and technical update at Classic Alfa Specialist Steutel from Almkerk in 2021.
